Please bring back the option so set custom multipliers for the card earnings.
This enables bonuses and special offers to be incorporated.

That is helpful, however I am not seeing a way to add categories, will that be added soon? That would allow us to manually correct any inaccuracies in the info MaxRewards has for the card and/or add promotional cash back %, which sometimes are targeted, like the original poster had asked about. Recently and historically there have been several times I have let customer service know about cards in the app with inaccurate or out of date information and they have mostly not been corrected. For example, I used to have the World Wildlife Fund card from BoA but it has been discontinued for years now. For some reason it is still showing up in MaxRewards, including Next Card. Also, the Comenity AAA Travel Advantage Visa Signature credit card cash back info is incorrect (for example it actually earns 5% on gas). (A side note: I also have reported that for some reason both that card and the Comenity AAA Daily Advantage Visa Signature card with 5% back on groceries are in MaxRewards but don’t show up anywhere in Next Card. I know Next Card is a new feature but frequently things like this take months to fix or never have been.) Giving us the ability to manually edit cards let’s us be able to fix many issues for ourselves and move on, which seems crucial when the company is so understaffed. Is there any way the ability to manually add cash back categories could be added back? Also I’m not aware of a way to manually edit the categories/subcategories right now if there’s a subcategory that is excluded from a category. I know that some categories, like Travel, and sometimes Dining and Groceries vary on what a card includes (for example, including or excluding delivery services like Grub Hub or Instacart). Appreciate everyone’s work on this and hoping for some more good improvements soon!

This is available in the latest version of MaxRewards by tapping on the edit icon for a card.

Amanda Moneysaver Thank you for the feedback. Manipulating categories is a bit more complicated, and so we haven't included it in this version. It's something we want to do, but may not be included soon as we prioritize other features that we believe create more value to members.
I'll check in with member support and learn more about the other issues you mentioned.

Anik Khan Thank you.

When is "soon", or what does "soon" mean? To me, soon is 30 days or less. Your last response go this is from December 2023!
That does not seem to be any kind of soon to me. Maxrewards stated: "IN PROGRESS, We are currently working on this feature and hope to release it soon."
It has been over 7 months since Maxrewards said that, but it seems like nothing has happened since December 2023, almist 8 months has passed! Has this feature already been added, and if not, will it ever be?
Amanda Moneysaver
I think this has been added, if I’m understanding correctly? If you go to the page where you can see the list of cash back %s for a card, at the bottom you can adjust the value of the cash back/points for that card. For example to make 1 = 1.25.
