Hi, I started the free trial few days ago and just noticed that I was charged for the yearly subscription. I was never intending to purchase this product—I simply couldn’t find a way to cancel the trial or subscription.
I also cannot find any option within the application to cancel my subscription or payment. Please help me cancel my subscription, refund my payment, and terminate/delete my account.
I have attached the invoice and receipt for reference.
