Add support for Comenity Caesars Rewards Credit Card.

I see mention that a feature is available via "custom offer" but I have been unable to find it. I see sign up bonus tracker retention bonus tracker transaction bonus tracker but none of these methods have a way to have Chase offer of 5%/$1000 on grocery, gas and resturant from April 1 June 30 tracker

It may be a bug, but every time I open the app it it default launches to Category instead of Location for Best Card even though I have Location selected

Would love a heads up on new sign up offers that drop on specific cards I'm interested in getting. I just missed a great bonus offer on a card I want to sign up for, so I'd like to know whenever that bonus offer comes around again (or just get a notification whenever they update their offer). It would be great if MaxRewards also kept a running history of past bonus offers offered for each card.

BILT Palladium allows you to earn status based on the number of points or the amount of money that you spend on the credit card. Those levels unlock different benefits. I recommend that the team make a selection box that allows you to enter your current BILT palladium status and then that status will unlock various benefits based on level.

The BILT Palladium offers a benefit where you get $200 off a two hotel night stay every six months. This provides $400 of value every year and should definitely be a quantifiable benefit.

I’m having constant issues with app not adding offers currently listed on both website and app. So having a force add button would be nice.
